  2. oo, and insight too! just the opening credits mire me in crushing despair. please, please track down the episode where marty feldman runs around in a superman cape and cindy williams and ron howard are a young couple (pre–happy days) and cindy hurts marty's feelings somehow so he hides in a refrigerator and unpleasantness ensues. that would be awesome. thanks in advance!

  3. I think Jot is one of the reasons religion seemed scary to me as a kid!

  4. I changed Insight to a promo for the show that has some of the big-name actors who were on it. I would totally buy this if it was on DVD. Not Jot, tho!

  5. I think the Sunday school where I had to paste pictures of Jesus on a cardboard ice cream tub to make a wastebasket made religion seem scary to me, or at least a bit sinister in its inanity.

  6. Hey, I pasted pictures on a cardboard ice cream tub too! That must have been trendy for teachers in the 70s if it was happening on both coasts!

But we didn't do it in Sunday School (or CCD, as we called it). We just got to do it in art class, with any random pictures we found in magazines. Did you shellack yours after you were done?

  8. And how about Davey and Goliath? Not really scary, but annoying as hell.
